Individual Constellation Therapy Sessions, London N1
In an individual session there is an explanation of the principles and history of constellation work. As we work all the time with our own family history it is essential to know how each and every subject evolves, just as we come to recognise ourselves as intergenerational and evolutionary beings.
Through experiential work using figurines and objects we create a map of our family history, which reveals previously unrecognised complex unconscious dynamics and patterns of suffering and strength. We come to see how what we believe to be our individual suffering lies in our family history. The first steps of healing are taken, in putting everyone in the family in their rightful place, and giving their lives respect, honour and dignity. This offers a safe and confidential space to explore our family dynamics.
The first session is 2.5 hours including an introduction to the principles behind constellation therapy; clarifying the presenting issue; setting up a constellation and working towards a healing resolution, not just for the client but for the entire family system.
Each individual constellation therapy session stands alone and does not require further analysis or therapy.
Janet recommends an individual session as a good introduction to constellation work and can help in understanding the principles of the work before embarking on a group weekend.
First Session Cost: £195

“It was a very powerful experience. I love my family deeply and have always had the utmost respect for them all but this has taken on a new meaning, now that I understand the pain they carried in their hearts. It’s very early days I know but my mind feels clearer and my heart lighter.” January 2016
“I really enjoyed the session and it did leave me feeling positive. I normally find it hard to accept and acknowledge my emotions as it leads to a lot of confusion. I found it comfortable to talk about my feelings with you and it left me feeling much more of a whole. Anyway what I seem to be doing since the session is trying cautiously to accept and respect my different feelings and give them a place in my life.”
